The rates listed are per night and include breakfast and 8% VAT.
All rates are in Euros (€).
Please note that in order to confirm your hotel reservation, all the stay will be charged in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or change must be notified to Viajes Iberia Congresos by written form. Please note that any refunds will be processed after the congress.
• In the event of cancellation before May 3rd, 2012 the deposit will be refunded, less a handling fee of 30 €.
• In the event of cancellation between May 4th and June 30th one night will be charged as the penalty fee.
• In the event of cancellation / reductions in the number of nights from July 1st or no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.
