A Commercial Exhibition will be held during the congress.
Please find below all the information regarding conditions:

Ground Floor
28020 Madrid, Spain

Booth Fee:

Space: 2x2m= 4m2
Fee: 2.500€ + 18% VAT, per one booth unit for the whole exhibition period.

Price Includes:
· Space rental.
· Shell scheme stand (length 2m x width 2m x height 2,90m) and carpet.
· 45cm fascia board with exhibitor’s name in standard font.
· Electrical switch board with one socket base.
· 2 Exhibitor passes.
· Inclusion of exhibiting company’s logo on the Web and the Final Program.

Any other possible costs arising from furniture, accessories, transport, set up, etc. will be billed separately to the exhibiting company.
